What data we collect
We only collect data you give us yourself, via the contact form:
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Type of business (dropdown selection)
- Current site status (dropdown selection)
- Free-text message
- Browser language indication (so we reply in the right language)
We don't collect anonymous browsing data via third-party analytics (see Cookie policy).
Why we collect this data
- To reply to your request. Legal basis: explicit consent at submission time.
- To manage potential contractual relationships if we end up working together. Legal basis: contract execution / pre-contractual measures.
- To meet legal obligations (invoicing, document retention). Legal basis: legal obligation.
We do not profile, automate marketing, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep data
- Form not followed by contract: 12 months from receipt, then deleted.
- Active client: for the duration of the relationship + 10 years after closure (Italian tax obligations).
- Email correspondence: same criterion, kept on the company email accounts.
Where data is stored
Form data passes through Formspree (US) — the provider that receives submissions and forwards them by email. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and a signatory of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Emails are then stored on the controller's email servers (provider TBC). Site hosting is on Cloudflare Pages (EU/global edge network).
Your rights
Under the GDPR (Reg. EU 2016/679, art. 15-22) you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") when we have no legal obligation to keep it
- Restriction of processing in case of dispute
- Portability: receive your data in structured format
- Objection to processing at any time
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
To exercise these rights, write to info@studioreson.it. We reply within 30 days as required by law.
Complaints to the supervisory authority
If you think the processing of your data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome).

We update this page when something substantial changes. The last-updated date is at the top.
