The most common questions about how the packages work, before you choose.

  • Can I switch from Vetrina to Bottega (or vice versa)?

    Yes, at any time. Switching packages takes a few hours of work that we assess case by case, but there are no binding constraints that keep you locked in.

  • How long does it take to go live?

    Between 2 and 4 weeks from signing, depending on how much content you already have ready (photos, texts, prices). We give you exact timelines before we start.

  • What exactly does the setup fee include?

    The setup fee covers all the initial work: structure, design, configuration, deployment, and loading the first batch of content. After that, the monthly fee takes care of everything.

  • What if I'm not sure which package to choose?

    No worries. Tell us what kind of business you run and we'll recommend where to start. Usually 15 minutes of conversation is enough.

  • What do I need to provide to get started?

    Simple descriptions of yourself and your business, some photos (even from your phone), your logo if you have one. We'll build the rest together.

Here's what's included in the monthly hours and what isn't, before you even ask.

No surprises on the invoice. If more is needed, we say so upfront.

  • What does "fair use" mean?

    Includes 1-2-3h of edits per month (text, photos, prices, small new sections). Larger jobs — new sections, restyling, integrations — we quote separately, transparently, before starting.

  • What's included in the hours?

    Updating text, replacing photos, changing prices, adding/removing small sections, managing events and news, small SEO tweaks. Basically: everything you need to keep the site alive.

  • What's NOT included?

    Whole new pages, redesigns, integrations with external systems (CRM, ERP), e-commerce of new products beyond the base package. For these we send a separate quote, always upfront.

  • Do unused hours roll over?

    No, they don't accumulate. They reset at the start of each month. But if one month needs more than usual, we'll talk: usually it balances out the next month with no extra charge.

  • And if I don't need anything one month?

    No problem. The fee covers hosting, backups, updates, uptime monitoring, and availability. The edit hours are an included service, not a debt we owe you.

  • Can I cancel?

    Yes, anytime, with 30 days notice. No annual commitments. We hand over the contents and the domain stays yours.
